I started testing these products for the ordinary reason: I wanted to know whether any of them were actually any good, and every page I found about them was either an advertisement wearing a review’s clothes or a list of features copied off the pricing page. So I started paying for the things myself and writing down what happened.

That is still the whole method. I make an account, build a companion, spend real time in the conversation, and pay to get past the paywall where the interesting part is behind one. Then I write it up — the good bits, the parts that got repetitive by day three, and the moment the upsell showed up.

I keep my face off the internet, which is why the photograph has a bar across it. Everything else here is straight.
